I hit a deer and am replacing the bumper/rear fender flare on a 2010 Tacoma, base model with access cab and 4x4. I would like to put something a little beefier than the factory model equipment. Additionally, I will be replacing a rear fender flare. At $500 bucks for a new Toyota flare, it seems better to try to buy a used one or install all new aftermarket parts. Any suggestions?

There are plenty of aftermarket bumpers out there. I believe there is a sticky solely dedicated to aftermarket bumpers in the 2nd Gen section. All of them are very well made and really beefy.

Figure on 900+ for a steel front bumper.
My whole front end was taken out by a lady going thru a red light.
Her Jeep steel bumper had a small dent. I had $5900 in damages.
    Not gonna happen next time...
