ive had my arb bumper on a month or so now, it looks great and i love it but people who put it on did good job yet didnt leave the said amount of space between bumper and fender. so when i hit bumps and holes it makes a noise mainy driver side. CAN ANYONE HELP ME BY HOW TO ADJUST IT ABOUT 10 mm. DO I HAVE TO TAKE WHOLE BUMPER OFF OR IS IT JUST A FEW BOLTS. HELP WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATED.

you dont need to use caps... and on the arbs i have installed there is no real adjustment that can be done maybe elongate the holes but that is it and that would mean removing the bumper.

No you don't have to drop it. Just remove the fog lights and remove the 2 bolts that are used to lock the bumper in place . Then loosen the 3 bolts it has on each side and adjust it to the specs of 15-20 mm gap all the way around . Then tighten the 3 bolts and then re drill the locking bolts and you should be set . Seems harder than it is . I installed mine by my self and was not to bad . Good luck

The two bolts should be right next to the 3 bolts maybe like a couple of inches back , unless who ever installed it didn't drill and put those bolts in . Mine is an 06 too so it's the same as yours .
