Looking for a complete VSC off mod write up

I have read the write up in piercetiger's thread several times about wiring a switch to turn the ABS, VSC etc. off. I understand that the theory is to tell the ECU that the rear diff is locked without actually engaging the locker.

I am not extremely comfortable with electronics and haven't been able to find a write up with enough information to make me confident to do this mod. Can anyone put this in "For Dummies" like terms for me? I really want to stop all the electronic annoyance while offroad.

I'm dumb as a box of rocks when it comes to wiring and I did this no problems.

With this mod done there will be no brake input unless I press the pedal correct?

 

Correct it's a dream offroad or in dirt roads, you can actually lock up the tires if you want/need to

 

Great. Exactly what I have been wanting. Don't know how many times I have almost wrecked my taco because the VSC system thought it knew better than me.

Know what my next mod is for sure. At least it is a cheap one.
