Tacoma with xstepper ladder racks

Trying to come up with a mod to fit a bed cover over or around Thule xstepper ladder racks. I have a 2010 tacoma 4door long bed. I'm a carpenter. Need the ladder racks for hauling lumber and would like to keep my tools dry in the bed. I have been scouring the Internet but cannot seem to find anything.

I'd like to keep the thule racks because I have a lot of accessories I'd like to keep.
