Cigarette lighter keeps popping fuses

    1996 Tacoma SR5
    I have a 96 tacoma and my cigarette lighter keeps blowing fuses. I disconnected the old lighter and installed a new one using the same wires and the same thing is happening.
    I think it might be a bad ground. Does anybody know where I can find the ground connection for this?
