I recently installed a 3” Toytech lift on my 2009 Tacoma, I also switched out stock rims and tires with 285x70R17’s. At first I had no issues, after about 100 miles or so I was driving on a curvy (mild downward grade) road around 40MPH, I started into a right handed corner and, from the best that I can tell, my rear brakes locked up. It happened for around 3 or 4 seconds and triggered my traction control alarm also, it then stopped and all seemed normal like it never happened.
I tried to replicate the incident immediately after and was unsuccessful. Until, the next day on the same road and same place the exact same issue occurred (No, it is nothing on the road; it is mechanical issue). Again, I immediately tried to get the issue to replicate itself and could not.
To make a long story short over the past 2 weeks I have had this anomaly happen about 4 times at random. The only consistent elements to it are: It starts when I barley begin applying brakes and entering a turn (doesn’t have to be sharp and has only happened on Rt hand turns so far.) The only changes made to the vehicle since this started was the 3” lift wheels and tires. I can feel and hear the anti-lock brake system working when this happens even if my foot isn’t on the break.
I realize that this is not a lot of information to go on, but that is also why I am posting it on here to see if anyone has ever had this same or similar issue and if they figured out why. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! THANKS IN ADVACE

You need to get your VSC recalibrated. This is common after lifts on here.
