This is a friend of mines vehical. She has 206,000 miles on the vehical and for the last few years they have had to replace not able to turn the rotors and I have been working on my vehicals for the longest time and have never heard of this. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this. The rotors are warped and i my first piece of advice was to change their driving habbits but i have seen both of them drive and i cant say that they are the cause of this.
Reading what i have wrote my first assumption would be to have the calipers

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

An air bubble in a brake line can make one caliper not clamp as hard, causing the other caliper to do all the braking and thereby overheating that rotor. But that would be obviously asymmetrical rotor wear.

I would suggest having the brake system on the VEHICLE examined for proper brake force application (as mentioned above) and to make sure that the wheels are properly bolted on. An improperly torqued wheel can cause premature rotor warping.
