2007 Double Cab TRD what other issues have you seen

I have noticed from other peoples posts that they have/had the same problems as I have. I am just wondering what other issues that could come up due to Toyota shortcoming.

I have had the following:
Intermediate shaft worn/damage
Neutral gear switch broke
Magnetic Clutch in A/C
Steering Box leaked/broke
Small Issues with Rear diff
2 strips where roof rack would be was torn off while driving

All of these items have happened within a 2 year period as I brought the truck certified used from a Toyota dealer.

What other items has everyone else had so I can decide if I will be keeping the truck or upgrading.

I have approx. 122,XXX kms.

Also broke 1 leaf spring, but that is minor.
