I searched, but couldn't find any close to my issue. I notice a rattle/vibration usually in low or high RPMs (ie, when in cruising in 5th gear at a slow speed and slowly accelerate or when I punch it in any gear, but not typically in between) To me it sounds more like a metal plate vibrating on metal. I can put the truck in neutral and I never hear the sound throughout the entire RPM range.

Any ideas? Sounds like something may be loose, but I'm not sure what it could be. Not 100%, but it does seem to be coming from the center or right side of the engine bay.

My truck has 15K miles, but i have noticed it for about 5K now.

The passenger side of your engine bay is where your air intake is, as well as the washer reservoir. Maybe start checking to see if there are any loose bolts around there.

Air box rattling against the quarter panel under the hood. Stick some foam in there to isolate it.

Any updates to this? I'm experiencing the same thing, and dealers can't seem to figure it out.
