2001 4runner, passenger side, lower clear plastic Lens/signal broke (thank you wife). Lens is inside of lower front bumper. Refuse to go to dealer, marked up. Any suggestions would help with online shopping. Thanks in advance.

I am currently having BIG problems with this Vendor. I would steer clear of toyotapartszone.com if it were me. I will certainly never use them again. They gave me the wrong parts even though I called to confirm it was the "EXACT" part with a Tech. When I called I was told I was wrong and that "our techs are highly trained and would never make that mistake (customer is always wrong). Who did you talk to?" Any who finally got someone to help me and they were on it with a quick RMA and were cross shipping the parts (I return and they send the right one at the same time). Only they never shipped it and told me they had. Was told a week later that they never shipped it, after I had tried to explain to them 3 days before that this was the case. I was told my options were if I wanted the part (was trading the truck in w/in the next two days) that it would cost me $80 bucks for overnight shipping (Was a plastic door handle < 1lb and fit in a tiny box). Was then told that this was the best we can do you sir and that I was basically are SOL (in corporate "BS" not our policy jargon) but that they were waiving the customary "restocking (LUBE) fee". Told them where to go, stop wasting my time and to give me my money back. Heard nuthin, received nuthin. Now a week later I call and they cant find my return and the RMA is pending...... Guess he was right I am SOL! (*Burns $75 bucks*)

Also had BIG problems with Mid Atlantic Toyota Parts as well. Never shipped my order so I called and said hey when is it shipping? They said there was an "Irregularity with my order" and that they were happy to have my money refunded, which I did get back. A week later I get an email from some guy that got my parts along with my personal information regarding the order. Come to find out they had shipped it to him. Never said a word to me even though they were copied on the email. Lucky it was paypal and I DID get my money back and transmitted no CC info to them so this was not included on the invoice sent to the wrong person.

Ended up buying the parts I needed from the local dealer at FULL cost (nearly triple the online price).

Buyer beware. The cheapest deal could wind up being the most expensive.

Oh and I am sure that others have had great experiences (I had too when I had previously ordered from one of them) but these are mine and you are free to make up you own mind. So don't come moaning to me. :)
