Which Tacoma to purchase??

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and am excited to say that I'm about to make a leap toward purchasing a new tacoma. As I browse through all the different options on the web, I'm really confused on what to go with (TRD Sport 4x4, TRD off road 4x4, ect), and what the differences are. I DO want 4x4, double cab, and long bed.

I plan on immediately lifting the truck 3 inches and getting new tires and wheels. I will be doing some off-roading to get to particular remote areas for photography purposes, but I won't ever be doing anything hardcore.

That being said, from everyones experience, what have you gone with? I'm a noob to the tacoma world so all your help is very much appreciated!

Sport or SR5 will be your choices

 

Yea no long bed on Off Road package. Sport or no TRD package are your choices.

Also, the only reason I will be able to afford this rig is due to the fact that I will be doing a graphic wrap on it for advertising purposes (for my job). Do any of you know if anyone else has any examples of wrapped tacomas on this board? I'd love to see some examples for some inspiration.

Here is a mock up of what I'm thinking for a graphic wrap (not finished yet, but getting there).



Also, I do know that I want a 3" lift, which is what I think this truck has. What is a comparable tire size that would look good with this size lift?
