What all do i need to install my radio

    I have a 2006 Tacoma TRD sport with the multi disc changer. I think it's JBL not sure. I want to install an aftermarket radio in it. I want a double din. What all do i need.

    •Dash kit (what do you recommend)
    •wiring harness (no idea what im looking at)
    •what radio do you recommend

    What else do i need? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

    I broke down and bought a JVC single din with all the bells and whistles. Can i still use all of the same things except get a single din dash kit?

    I never use the steering wheels controls so im not getting that either

    Yeah man my metra kit that I linked was equipped to install both. Single din will get the pocket below it.

    Steering wheel controls were a little harder to figure out so you're lucky to be missing that part of the install. :)
