Well today I places an order on eBay for a Pioneer Avic-140 and the dash kit to hold it in place.
Bought the harnesses for standard hookup, and steering wheel controls from crutch field and Amazon respectively.
I cannot wait to get it here and installed!

Yep I think it will be very nice once installed.:p

I was wondering how hard it would be to get the info from the OBDii to display on the screen with this unit?

I know several guys on here use android and the torque app to get the info, but I use an I-phone5 and did not want to have to mount it as a secondary display once I get this head unit installed.

On another note I gave the Blue Boss a bath today and she looks sooooooooo much better! :D

Although there turns out to be more chips in the paint than I believed there were.

The previous owner touched up a lot of them with a different shade of blue, than the original paint but there are many more that are not touched up. :(

So it looks as though a new coat of paint is in store for when the budget allows.

I was thinking speedway blue with a touch more metallic flake, and racing stripes done up as ghost flames.

    Any other suggestions?

No idea on how to get the OBDII to show up on the screen... For paint, Keep it simple, again it's a sports truck not a muscle car. SWB is already a real nice color. I'd just paint the parts that need to be re-done.

Another option that is less permanent and will still last a long time is vinyl wrapping... I'm quite partial to Matte blue
