Several months ago I purchased a set of used front WeatherTech floor mats for my 2010 Taco Extended cab from the for sale section of the forum. The seller made clear the mats didn't have the WeatherTech badges embedded in the mats. This morning I sent WeatherTech an email requesting replace cost of the badges and how to order them. Four hours later I get a phone call from WeatherTech Customer Service. They wanted my shipping information and said they would ship me out a set at No Charge! Customer Service on a Saturday and the No Charge Wow!

Good to see that they are more than willing to accommodate your request to provide free advertising for their company!

But really, they're a great American company...

Agree on the emblem falling off again.

Somehow the emblem on the drivers side has lasted for years, the passenger side is long gone. The wife must somehow place her foot on it when entering or driving. I never bothered to replace it.

As for customer service, yes...her Corrolla has never had 100% proper fitting Digital Fit mats. They work well but apparently the cars in our region do not have some sort of rear seat heat duct which changes the mats profile. They worked with her sending every option of Corrolla Digital fit mat until the best was acheived.

Above and beyond the customer service is that the Digital Fit mats work very well.

    Stock for now...
Has anyone noticed that the double cab set of digital floor liners blocks the rear heater ducts ? I let Weathertech know about this - said they actually didn't know and would look into possibly changing the design of the rear floor liner .

What heater ducts? Mine aren't blocking anything.

^ there's still enough room for the air to come out. I'd rather have that lip to keep stuff off the carpet than have it be flat to let a little more air out. The vents are pretty far under the seat so they're not completely blocking them off.
