I have a mis-fire on my Tacoma and Need to replace the coil packs. I call around to part stores and some are giving me different prices for front and back and others are giving me one standard price for coil packs. Are they any Different from each other or am I getting wrong pricing from these parts guys ?

I have a 1998 Tocoma Regular Cab Automatic 2.4L 4 Cyl any help would be fantastic.

Depending on the coil pack, there may be different part numbers, but the prices should be the same between the two. You have 2 different coil packs, the 1-4 pack and the 2-3 pack. Some manufacturers, like the factory, have the cylinder numbers marked on the coil pack itself so that you know which one goes where.
