Yet another will it work...

OK so im buying wheels and tires while I'm in AFG and want to make sure this will work with the lift I have going on. Keep in mind I am shipping this all to my house in Florida and having my Mom (bless her heart) take care of driving the truck to get the stuff put on. OK so i am going to do the OME with the 885 coils and Dakar leaf pack from Downsouth. So I am looking at the KMC Enduro's 16x8 with 6x5.5 and 4.5 in backspace. (I've heard some people having to shave calipers, not a big deal) For rubber I am going to throw on Nitto Terra Grapplers 265 70 R16. Now, two fold question. Will these wheels and tires mesh up well (fit eachother) and secondly will these fit on the above mentioned lift without rubbing or need to do any trimming/cutting/etc. I really appreciate the help because with lack of connectivity it has taken me 3 weeks just to iron out those details!
