Nfab - I might be less than impressed

Just received my street light bar from nfab (via Truckaddons). I have to say that I am not impressed with the attention to detail in packaging or the product. No instructions were included in the package - ok fine, I can figure that one out. Looking at the bar itself, two of the mounting holes are not completely cut - and their quality control apparently it go to powder coating this way! I hope I can knock those out myself, but then those areas will not be coated and prone to rust.

So I call them. Not sure of their hours or if they work on Saturday, but Sales has a voice message that the individual is out until Thursday. Repeated calls get the same message. I try tech support - just a plain voice message. Nobody home I guess...

Maybe I'm just griping 'cause I'm irritated. Ever done that before?

 

did you ever get a resolution? Im having trouble with them too...
