Tinted entire truck today

Looks great.. Id like to do that to my X, but with the bs cali laws with my luck id get a ticket the first day

 

Gotta say I like FL laws. Our tint laws are perfect for the amount of sun we get and safety. We also don't have emissions testing And we have gun laws that favor the good guys, not the criminals. But we won't mention the communist rat in orlando lol.

 

Nice!!! Up here in Nazi York we get tickets for tint.. (well front windows)
And when you ask cops why, They say "Cause I can't see what you are doing" (actual conversation)
Crazy...

 

It's not that they want to be able to see you at all times and make sure you are driving with both hands on the wheel or jsut to stare at your for kicks. It's an officer safety concern when they approch a subject vehicle they stop.

Many cops killed in the line of duty are shot approaching that drivers window.

 

Tint laws are not the answer for a lack of respect. An oak tree and rope are. After a few got hung on the 6pm news the rest would straighten out real fast.

 

Shooting a cop is a bit past lack of respect...and the saying goes "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" There are solar tints that meet most states requirements for opacity and will help with the heat in the car/fading....and no cops have to get shot in the process.

 

Out here in cali they dont approach the drivers side, the go to the passenger side..

 

You have any pictures of your truck tinted?

 

Never done tinting before but remember watching my dad when i was little. I remember him using a bunch of soapy water and a squeegee to put the tint on one of our cars. Is that the same process to put these one? Also how far down do these go? Do they go past the squeegee on the window so that you dont see a line where the tint ends?
