TX Offroad Clubs

    Just looking to see if there is anyone out there in/around Central Texas (Killeen, Austin or anywhere near there) that is a member of an Offroad or 4x4 club.

    My buddy and I are stationed at Ft. Hood and looking for some quality offroading and offroad clubs, so if you are in the region and are a member of or know of any decent offroad clubs, let me know. Keep in mind that I have a lightly modified Taco and am still a bit of a novice offroader.

    Also, I've been looking online at some offroading spots in/around Central Texas, but want to get any personal opinions of good places to go. Not looking for mud or intense rock crawling but something in between.
