I'm not looking to spend an extraordinary amount of money on HIDs but would like something that's almost stock HID like something from an Infiniti which from what I understand is related to the Phillips line of HIDs. Is there a simple kit that is easy to install or something I can piece together that uses Phillips lights?

    No.

Philips only makes their lamps in the standard D2S base for installation in projectors.
