08' X-Runner upholstery Issues

Howdy boys & girls.

The drivers side seat on my 08' X-runner has seen better days. The side bolster has a hole worn through down to the foam and had been fraying since before 4 years old. I recently fitted a set of TRD covers, but they only cover about 50% of the side bolsters on the seat back and just miss the worn out spot.

I'm so not in the mood to fab up a set of brackets to allow me to put in seats from another vehicle. No mig welder at my house, no metal stock and I haven't even figured out if I were to swap out the seats to what I'd put in.

Are OEM upholstery kits available? Or can someone offer some ideas?

BTW, I'm not a big big guy but I'm in and out of the truck or I had been for a few years quite often.

I've always had issues with the interior of this truck, and the weak A/C but other than that, it's OK.
