does this truck lower than normal?

    Sorry about the bad quality dealer photo, but is it the small tires, or does this truck look lower than normal? Its a prerunner but the front seems really low.

    I think its the smaller tires and the lower than normal side steps. Probably normal height.

    Looks almost as low as my 2wd standard cab 5 lug...
