7" 55W Kragen Ballasts

Anyone have any luck getting any kind of warranty replacement from "GtLightingUSA"?

One of the ballasts in my 55W 7" HIDs died back in March..

Contacted Gilbert, asked me to send in the ballast and he'd determine if it could be repaired/replaced...

That's as far as it's gone. That was in March. Tried contacting him a few times, each time he's said that he'll get back to me. Pretty much given up at this point.

Oh well, I tried. If he doesn't want to honor his warranty, so be it.

Any alternatives?
