    slowly happening!
    hi everyone,

I'm new to TW but I figured this would be the best forum to run my question through.

I've pretty much signed the papers on a 2009 DC TRD Sport auto and its got about 115,000kms or 72,000 miles. The price was pretty reasonable but I'm wondering if there are historical problems with the higher mileage. I understand each vehicle is different and variables come into play but would you consider this high? The previous owner did more highway miles than city.

Leads me to my second question. The dealer is offering extended warranty for 4yrs/80,000kms (50,000miles) for about $1,400 Canadian. The warranty covers Engine, Transmission, Transfer Case and Drive Axle. Would you do it or pass, based on the Tacos reliability history?

Thanks for your help in advance!:)

pass on the warranty, if you really want one however, get one from a third party. dealers are over priced

plenty of guys have 100k + miles on their tacos without an issue, your okay
