Here's a pic of my tread depth from a cheap one from harbor freight. Is it time to get new tires? Or would you wait? I have had these on my truck since September 2008 and they have about 63,000 miles on them. BF Goodrich T/A KO. I'm making a trip out of town and I have a finance card for a tire shop that is in the town I'm visiting. Unfortunately there's no locations in my town. Plus I don't know when my next trip out of town will be. Thanks for the help.

    Build thread coming soon!
You still have almost 1/4" of tread there- they will still do their job in the wet. But if they are showing cracks all over the sidewall (UV damage) then they should probably get replaced. I'll bet they are at that age, unless the truck is always garaged

Yes they are starting to show cracks in this hot Arizona weather. I noticed some cracks when it was parked while I was out of country from August to November back in 2011.
