I took off the TURD on the side of my new Tacoma. Disgusting word for a truck.

I cannot, neither can the dealer, enter my contacts in the radio. I can only add the speed dial nos. These do not allow the name to be shown. I had to memorize the 6 nos. and remember the associated names. Pissed me off no end, because my 2009 allowed voice entering of contacts. The 2013 does not.

what phone? when you first paired your Bluetooth did you give it music and phone access? When I paired mine it asked me for both. Didn't have to enter anything, it automatically comes up.

Various experts at the dealer tried and failed. The phone is an old Motorola Razr which does pair OK but does NOT transfer contacts. I was able to manually enter nos. via 'speed dial - but NO associated names.

The final answer at the dealer was. Wait for it! ''Get a new phone''.

I repeat, my 2009 Tacoma was able to accept voice entered names and numbers. My 2013 does not have that feature.
