So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
All the studs should be replaced and the wheel. The other studs may have cracked and the steel wheel holes are mis-shaped now.
My oldest son did this to himself over torquing his wheels.

Even if it's not, you're pretty awesome for putting it here anyway.

I honestly am not sure how the hell I am going to manage to drive it today. I have to take it to costco and then they could tell me go to toyota, which is like a 7 to 10 mile drive all together. Looks like ill be stopping often.

This!!! Your other lugs could be damaged and you don't know it. I wouldn't risk driving it.

Costco employee here( sometimes tire shop). Anytime we put the car on the lift we torque every wheel even if we didn't take those wheels off. Then we ask that you come back in 50 miles for a retorque. Call them first, tell them what happened, and they will take care of you. I wouldn't even drive it to Costco just because you don't want to fuck up the truck even more. In the past we have had wheel offs and they covered them. Once a lady complained that we scratched her OEM wheel and they replaced it.

Anytime I have new tires put on my vehicles I tell the salesman, in very specific terms, that I will want the lug nuts torqued to XX pounds and that I will be checking them when the job is done and BEFORE I pay for the tires. I have had lug nuts torqued so tight the caused warping damage to the rotors and so loose they damn near fell off.
    I rotate my own tires.

Well I went to costco and they told me I had the wrong lug nuts on. They told me this the first time so I bought different lugs which where the ones on my truck since the day I bought the tires, but they DID NOT tell me those were not the correct ones either. So today they told me pretty much its not our fault. So they told me to go to an off road shop called desert rat and i bought et thread lug nuts. I take it back get a call later they are done, but a lug nut seized so that's 2 busted studs. Now I'm at network alignment about to pay 50 $ for new studs and payed 30 $ for new lugs. Oh well I guess. Not sure how to feel about this. I don't understand that I had them on for 14, 000 miles and off roaded multiple times and never had a problem.

Wrong info. GREEKBOY12295 has Pro Comp 7089 aftermarket wheels, which according to
    http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PCW-7089-6883
have a 60-deg conical seat, so stock flat-bottom lugnuts cannot be used.

I think the Costco mechanic overtorqued the lugnuts. If it was a case of not enough thread engagement, the stud shouldn't have broken off near the base. I think the mechanic didn't know how to install spline-drive lugnuts correctly.

I would fight Costco. Do your research and make sure you had the right stuff. Talk to corporate not the slackeys in store.

Nick, if Costco did not notify you that you had the wrong lug nuts or note it on the invoice the are liable for any damages since they are the professionals. I would talk to the manager at the tire center and show him the invoice that probably doesn't say anything about the wrong lug nuts. They touched it last, they are responsible.

^^^ This. If they let you leave with it in an unsafe condition with unsafe equipment they are at fault. Push it up the ladder.
