Just today this person posted this tacoma on CL:

    http://prescott.craigslist.org/cto/3886481603.html

Which I proceded to look up the value on Kelly Blue Book and arrived at this problem:

    http://www.kbb.com/toyota/tacoma-xt...b/styles/?intent=trade-in-sell&mileage=150000

KBB doesn't seem to think the 4x4 was ever mated to the 4 cylinder 2.7L engine. Which makes sense to me. I contacted the owner and they are certain it has a 4cyl engine. My question is - Is KBB a derp for failing their database and Toyota did build this truck or are the owners the derps for not even knowing they have a 6 cylinder engine?

    Yes....the 2.7L came with 4x4. You could not get a 2.4L with 4x4 though.
