I hope so. Just don't plan one this weekend. I don't fly in from Hawaii until Sunday morning. :)

no joke and i kinda believe him. i have 140k kms on my truck and 60% + is non paved roads. i have had EVERY box bracket break on me and have have the outer box quarter panels crack and split all over. my front bumper is stock and i have had to replace all of the stock plastic clips with bolts and nut clips. got home and bumped the front bumper one day and the thing almost fell right off. left front fender cracked where the bumper clips onto the fender. whole chunk of fender broke off.

these trucks are not made to off road even if it says OFF ROAD on the side. if you highway drive it and rarely offroad maybe you will be fine but i am very afraid to get an aftermarket bumper now and have the extra weight start wrecking things. unless it is aluminum, i can't see that there won't be a problem.

    sorry to freak you out

Agreed if your still running stock on those rough roads, you should upgrade your stuff. New shocks maybe a lift some off-road tires and bumpers, the stock toyota was meant to take so much and be a mostly paved road vehicle. Also how fast are you going down them roads, that could cause some problems flying up in the air after every bump and crashing back down.

well my shocks are stock but replaced them in december. i also don't drive more then 80 kms/h on a good bush road. on a bad road i go way slower like around 30 kms/h. i do pack a tons of weight around 800 or 900 pounds every day at least to the bush anyways. gotta pack fuel for my machine. my custom fuel tank

i did find a tacoma air bag kit that goes where the rubber stopper is. i also have the heavy duty springs.

i want to get a toytec 4 inch lift with some good shocks from there then i will just modify or make a bracket for the top of the air bag kit so i can still use it.

still got you and wanna sell?
