Having trouble mounting my aftermarket skid. Help!

    so i have a metal miller skid and was wandering if the rear mounting points for a skid on my truck are stock. the stock one mounted just fine but the metal miller one is pretty off. dont think its his fault that why im asking if these rear mounting points are stock? it is not even close to the front threaded hole its pretty close to the back hole if i drill out the skid i throw a bolt and nut on it to mount. or do you guys think its safe to drill a new hole in that mount between the two and drop a bolt threw it? would that weaken that mounting point to much? advice please.

    and the front right hole is off about 5/16 of an inch of it just fitting ill have to drill this one out for sure.
