It's Habu-Sake (habu is a kind of extremely venomous snake). They have it mostly in the southern islands of Japan. The locals don't drink it very often. It's just for tourism and dares.

Tastes like complete ass. In Okinawa, a few bars will sell an "Okinawan Boom-Boom". Which is a double shot of habu sake dropped into an Orion beer (Okinawa local beer). Terrible.

EDIT: Also, typically very high alch content.
