Looking for a bumper vendor

A couple of months back I was looking for a rear bumper. I was going through the vendors here and there was one of them who offered the option of shipping you the parts of the bumper for you to weld yourself.

Now I can't find who that was....but I liked the bumper.

Anybody remember of a bumber fab company that does this?
