I couldn't stand the look of the factory steel wheels so I upgraded for a measly $50 from Amazon. Looks just like real chrome wheels IMO. I had a JK Wrangler before this that I after-marketed pretty heavily and I'm trying to keep the Tacoma close to stock. I'll upgrade to real wheels when I have the funds but I think these are pretty cool and look very good. A co-worker bought an 09 Tacoma and it came with these plastic wheel covers from the dealer and he didn't even know until I showed him that his were plastic. He said the dealer advertised the truck with having alloy chrome wheels or something of that nature. I was worried about how they would look but when I saw his wheels I decided to get them for the time being. We'll see how long they last in the New England winter but they are cheap enough to replace if needed. These ones were made by Pilot and have a foam backing that click onto the steel spokes tightly. Wheel weights weren't an issue.

I'm not a fan of black wheels. I just figured someone on here would like to see what they look like before they buy them. I tried searching before I bought them and there wasn't much info on this board.

We all don't have expendable income to throw at trucks so if this fixes the mod bug for a bit then good for you. Do what you can when you can.

I think for $50 they look pretty damn good in the pictures. I'm not a fan of chrome (hate it btw) but that is a personal preference. I would have painted them black but as you said you're not a fan of black. Looks like you made a good purchase! No matter what.... they look better than the steel wheels.
