I have the factory satellite radio in my 2011. Is there any touch screen navi head unit that'll let me keep this? Guys at Bailey's Audio told me there's none

Nope. You can always buy the XM tuner and add it to your new radio. You can transfer your subscription to the new radio ID and it will be exactly the same. You can even buy an adapter and use the OEM antenna if you want. But the new radio has to have an XM tuner because the OEM xm tuner is built into the stock radio.

No problem. Its really not a big deal though. A new XM tuner will cost about $50-100 extra depending on your new radio model, but it will all function exactly like OEM. And you won't see it either. Its all hidden and controlled by the radio. It actually works better than stock because you can navigate the stations better on aftermarket and get to see album art as well. It'll cost a little more but its worth it. You'll love it
