2013 DCLB 4X4 TRD Off-Road w/ Entune Manual?

    Does anyone know if a 2013 DCLB 4X4 can be ordered in the TRD Off-Road package with a manual transmission and Entune? Both the dealer and the Toyota site indicate that the DCLB 4X4 can be configured in a TRD Sport with Entune in Auto only. I would also like to know if I can order the TRD Sport with Entune in a Manual Transmission. The manual is definitely the important piece.

    Just a FYI. 2013 production has stopped. Factory is retooling for 2014 now. If you factory order it will be a 2014 model.
