I have been looking into a Bilstein 5100 and Pro comp 3" combo. But I still have a few questions. Would the combo be a 5.5" lift with the bilsteins fully lifted or would it stay at 3"? What are the Pros and Cons you guys have run into from actually running that set up? Thanks alloy Yall!

This combo will NOT net 5.5" lift. Stock suspension can only handle 2.5-3 lift without having to further modify your front end (cut crossmember etc...). Any 3" lift coil should be used with 5100's at 0". Why not go with the 5100/3" Eibach spring combo? Many guys here run that setup and LOVE it.

First off the pro comp coils were not designed to be used with the regular cab. Second you can never have over a 3" lift without a drop bracket or you will run into serious issues. Do some research and search this forum

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
toyo freak is right, do some research (and pro comp blows anyway).
