Hi Folks, this is a Dream for a long time for me, getting a Pickup:)
I moved to Canada BC five years ago, got a minivan, removed all rear seats built in a nice camping setup. I pushed the van on back country roads pretty much to his limits ( crashed the oilpan once in the middle of nowhere, fixed it in the Bush with epoxy and got home -200k - safe)...Now I'm so excited to prepare my Tacoma TRD for heading out... getting goosebumps!
Just wanted to say "Hy" to everyone and thanks for sharing your stories, experience and Ideas to have some more fun with .....

Welcome to TW! What kind of van was it you were driving? The Dodges are decent, except the ones with Mitsubishi 3.0's in them. Have a 94 that's got like 340k on it!
What kind of mods do you have in mind so far?

The Van? it was a Ford Windstar 01' - the only windstar with an aluminum cast oil-pan - stupid idea:(

what mods? - with the windstar I was very limited in my hunting and fishing destinations - so with my taco it is probably a complete different storry:)
I need some protections for the front lights ? Grill Guard.
probably a winch... and the century Tclass canopy is on the way....
    thats it for now.
You have some comments on that or some ideas? what are your mods?
