47,000 miles and have noticed the truck bottoming out on potholes and speed bumps. I carry around 500# of gear all the time for work. I'm fixing to replace the brakes and rotors and while I'm there replacing the front shocks. Question is, would I use stock Bils or go with 5100's? On the rear would I use stock or 5100's and would airbags help with ride comfort and control? Would like it to be level and also improve ride quality. 2011 DC Sport.

    Hi,

I like RideRites on my truck, haven't replaced shocks yet but would probably go with the 5100's at stock ride height.

RideRites keep the back end from sagging when I hook up the TT or haul the bike in the box and don't stiffen up the ride much when empty. I would expect the 5100's to have better ride control than the stockers but haven't done any research on that or cost comparisons.

I have 5100's and Ride-Rites and they work great. No more bottoming out.
