OK, SO HAS ANYONE ELSES 3YEAR OLD. . .

these are great, also reminds me why I am glad I don't have kids (yet), had to deal with a few cousins though, seen some funny stuff. I'll post if I can remember any of them

 

oh dude I feel you on this one. mine absolutely will not make a "K" sound, and gets very excited when he sees cats.

yes they do. in my experience it happens at the exact time that you decide your life is completely mapped out and that you control the universe. then, BOOOM! PREGNANCY!

then, when you get family life all figured out, and that your super-dad/king of relationships, mommy starts packing her things.

I got her good after we dated a couple of years. Before I asked her to marry me, the niece asked for a baby cousin. I put my arm around her and said "well, my sister just had a baby..so if your aunt and I got married, that's a baby cousin right?" she said "YUP!" I patted her head and said "you go talk to Auntie now"..

my son, at times wants to be very self sufficient. so, when he's getting out of the truck and I reach out to help him, I occasionally get a sharp, "DONT TOUCH ME!" there is no way to diffuse that in public. It just sounds bad and gets everyones attention very effectively.

 

Oh man when mine gets to talking I am going to be in trouble. She isn't naturally mine just really the only man in her life other than pa paw. And what's sad is she has started trying to talk and will say da da when I am around.
