help! click sound when turning sharply

    06 Prunner with AAL and Trd suspension W/lift
    Previous owner used to haul heavy loads, so he put an AAL on it and TRD front suspension with a lift and custom rear suspension for added weight capacity. I recently installed a tow package (Curt with lifetime warranty) So i will definitely see what this thing can handle as far as weight goes.
    Only happens occasionally (about once every time I drive) when I am backing out of a space or driving into a parking space I get a pop-click noise. I recently did some off roading, did I screw something up? Any help would be much appreciated. Like I said, it doesn't do it all the time. When I turn the wheels both ways until they stop I cannot recreate the noise. Only when I am turning sharply and moving.

    Feels like the right. but I may be wrong. Its only been doing this for 2 days now.
