3 inch lift

I am wanting to get bushwhacker cut out flares for my 04 Tacoma. I have 33/12.50r20 with a +18 offset so they stick out past the fender about a 1 1/2. I was wondering if the bushwhackers would hide the tire from sticking out? I still want my tires to stick out past the fender. If anyone has any pics or answers I would greatly appreciate it!
