Why do some Tacoma's have 5lug and some 6

    I bought the 5 lug because the PreRunner is too high. I like being able to reach over the side and pick up what's in the bed. With the PreRunner I have to get up in the bed to get things out.

    Something else to consider also is the lil 5 luggers are also big in commercial use. I bet that's the main reason they mass produce that model, and it being available to the public is kinda like a wayside profit bonus. By commercial I mean stuff like auto parts delivery, business security vehicle and also rentals too.
