    I'm fixing to install my OME 3" on my truck, and was wondering if I still need to use the isolators if I'm using the 1/4 spacer on top for the full 3" of lift?

    Yes, 1/4" spacer goes on top of the top plate. Spring isolater goes under the top plate.
