    It depends on what the fees are. Go here http://www.nadaguides.com/ and put in your zip with everything the truck has on it and see if the price is good or not.

    I've been waiting since early may for my new tacoma to come in from an order. I ordered an sr5 version and a week later had a change of mind and switch the color to a 2013 v6 6spd pyrite mica trd or. Couldn't be more excited to get it. The cap get installed Monday and then immediately building a sleeping platform to live out of for the summer for a job in the adirondacks. Family has been long time buyers at this dealer so I got a great price of $29500 with $2200 cap included. Helps to stay local and loyal! Love this site and I'm learning a ton. :D
