    Hey,

My name is Tim and I am a new member and so this is my first tech question. I just bought an 04 taco with the v6 prerunner trd ext cab and think the truck could use some freon. The truck has 88k miles. How well do the charge yourself little cans work? And my old toy with the 22r, that I dont think I can part with has had something that I cant figure out. When I start it in the am it doesnt fast idle at first but when I get down the street then it idles up and wont go down to normal idle till the temp gauge starts to go up. And the other thing is when I'm driving down the highway and try to maintain a speed it wants to cut out. The truck still gets 26 mpg. The little truck has 162k miles and is in excellent shape for an 87. Thanks for any help. Im glad I found Tacoma World....
