Should I wait for 1" spacers before getting an alignment?

I currently have 1/4" spacers. I ordered a set of 1" BORA spacers and they said it may be another week before they make them and then 2 weeks to ship. I have a set of LR UCAs to install and have an opportunity this Monday to get them installed and then get the alignment done after. I can't see how adding the 1" spacers later will fool up the alignment but I figured I ask here first.

    Thanks
