Well, I'd start removing the new parts starting with the easiest parts and reinstalling the known good parts. Test it, swap out parts, test it, get it aligned and go from there.

38 PSI on the front tires and jacking the front suspension to different heights on each side?
    That can't be good.

you have to set the icons at different height for the taco lean Ill lower my psi to 33 see if that helps and take it to get aligned again ill get back with the numbers.

For the alignment that you are paying for, you want to keep the front end level. You can play with the height after you have the problem solved.

Another thing you could try is to reach under the hood and pull the fuses for the ABS and road test it.
Don't ask why. It doesn't cost anything to try.

Ill have to try that ok I put my psi at 33lbs and cranked my co's down. but also noticed that If I wiggle the tire from the top the whole spindle and uca move tried it on the other side and It didn't budge. I took a video of it but don't know how to upload it.

Sounds like something was left loose, as in the UCA bushing bolts or something along those lines.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
Lift the truck up, put it on a jack stand, take off the tire and start wiggling shit. If there's that much slop whatever component has failed/installed improperly is going to be very easy to see.
