current plans include swapping out tacoma rims for the ones I got off Bloodymarry. Next plan is to install theses.

Picked up a couple of pieces of armor. Front BruteForce, and rear All Pro. Used the cherry picker to get the rear mounted. cant wait to get the front on.

 

I also have these in the garage waiting for some tires. BF Goodrich AT/KO most likely 265/70/R16 to come. Maybe 255's?

Aww yea - Brute Force plate steel front bumper -FTW!

Hit a Turkey this weekend on the Way to Kirkwood going about 50 mph.
Saw the first one on the side of the road and saw the second one hit the bumper blow up and go under the truck. The rear view mirror image of all this was like . There was much traffic and there was no turning around to get pics of the carnage. Kept an eye on the temp needle and did not think much since the bumper seemed to handle it well and we were running smooth. Upon arrival at the resort -the grill was busted and the AC radiator had a leak.

Made the decision to get back in truck and drive away from resort to get it inspected in south lake. No service at the dealer there so off to carson city. So even with all this driving around no temp changes so seemed ok to drive.. still a good idea to have it checked. They said yes its ok to drive just dont use the defroster or AC.

Its at the shop now and looks like I will need a new Ac radiator and some brackets that secure it in place.

I will have to say that if I did not have the front bumper that I do the damage would have been much worse.-Justify's purchase of bumper?!

been awhile so I thought good time for an update.

 

found some grill mesh at work that I can get my hands on with a little bit of effort I can get this stuff for free.

backyard fun.. test

 

installed new ARB dual compressor OBA yesterday. Just need to fine tune the fitment. Made my first custom grill a couple weeks ago. Still have some material left over and may be able to get more. I also put some more D rings in the bed for tie downs -seems like I ordered to many so I have a some left over if any locals want?

Oh yea She got one of these....Daystar lift..seems ok as she does not do any wild stuff yet..
