This summer i worked in a body shop so I could earn money for mods to my truck. I earned enough to lift it, Get 285s, and get new rims. I bought a 3 inch Pro comp lift (I know most people dislike pro-comp) exactly like this one.

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-2013-Toyota-Tacoma-4WD-2WD-PreRunner-Pro-Comp-3-Kit-K5081B-/221210548848?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item33812d1a70&vxp=mtr

It turns out they didn't install that specific suspension and I'm trying to figure out exactly what they did install. I know this is a spacer, new rear shocks, and a 2 inch block... But I can't figure out what brand it is??! It doesn't say anything on them!

What do you mean "they?" You bought a lift, took it to a shop and they installed a completely different lift?

That's a spacer on top of the front strut. Definately not a ProComp kit. Who the hell did that???

We were actually looking at lifts at work and they ordered the one in my link. I went out of town and then my parents brought it to the shop to get it installed. It came back like this. I was trying to figure out if they sent us the wrong lift or the guy at my shop installed something else.... @Medic - I don't want to list the shop name until i figure out whats wrong.

Either the picture in your link doesn't match what the lift actually is, or the shop didn't order the one you linked and may have ordered the one I linked above.

It's definitely not the one in the link you posted. Maybe a Tuff Country or Rough Country Spacer Lift.

These spacers get all kinds of different brand names slapped on them. Still all the same cheap lift in the end. Should be functional though, they only thing I would be upset about is they swapped out your stock rear shocks for one that probably wont perform as well.

Better yet, I'd be upset they used spacers and not the lift coils.

When we were looking at lifts I specifically said no spacers or blocks and thats exactly what I got. We decided on the Pro Comp in the original link, because it was coils, shocks, and an aal, and the price was not terrible either.

Eh, the difference is probably negligible anyway, loaded stockers or taller pro comps are going to be pretty similar, doesn't really affect much until you get into a coil over setup.
