wheels fitment on 1st gen tacoma

Ok I've searched here, google, ttora, and yotatech, and i hate asking these questions. I can't find a for sure answer on this. Some say no some say yes. Anyways im looking and some 17x9 ballistic jesters with 265/70/17s. They are 4.53" backspacing, -12mm offset. I have a leveling kit im putting on. I was just wondering if the wheels will fit. Some people said 4.5 backspacing will not work on 1st gen. I just want to make sure before I spend $1300 on wheels and tires. Thanks alot

 

They will fit. You'll get some rubbing on the frame at full lock, but you should be good to go.
